A WEG fornece soluções elétricas e de automação para os acionamentos de viradores de vagão, presentes na logística de minério, carvão, grãos e outros produtos, desde Painéis e passando pelos Inversores de Frequência até os Motores com alto regime de serviço.

Conjunto de Manobra e Controle em Baixa e Média Tensão - QDs / CCMs

Todos os Quadros de Distribuição e CCMs são fabricados, testados e ensaiados conforme as normas vigentes NBR IEC 62271-200, NBR IEC 60439-1, NR10 e IEC 60947 para coordenação de partida), projetados para permitir maior facilidade de montagem e manutenção, além de atender as características exigidas no segmento de mineração.

Projetados também para maior facilidade de montagem e instalação em campo, permitindo expansões futuras e com intercambiabilidade entre as gavetas de mesmo tamanho e função. Para CCMs em Baixa Tensão, opção de fornecimento de equipamento resistente à arco interno conforme IEC 61641.

Opções de Motores para Atender as Opções de Cargas e Partidas

A WEG possui várias opções de motores para acionamento de viradores de vagões, procurando atender as especificações necessárias conforme cada projeto. Todos motores apresentam grau de proteção capacitado para operação com acúmulo de minério e água doce ou salobra e também atendem os mais diversos regimes de serviços, considerando a demanda de potência e torque para cada posição do vagão em todos os ciclos de operação. Motores com projetos robustos para maior vida útil e tecnologia facilitando a manutenção.
