When the hardware is disconnected from the Internet, is data lost?

No, TFM stores the data on the edge for about six months until the connection is re-established.

Can the TFM solution be purchased directly from WEG or only through distribution channels?

Do I need to install a gateway to connect to the TFM module?

No, TFM's solution is integrated. The edge equipment itself acts as a gateway.

Once the subscription period is over, do I still have access to the old data?

No, you can only access data with an active subscription. To access the data again, you need to request the renewal of your subscription.

Does WEG have a specialized team for the installation of the TFM solution?

Yes, WEG has teams of highly qualified and trained service providers for the installation of our digital products.
